Diversey House officially opens Feb. 5

Diversey House — a highly anticipated collaboration between Steep Ravine Brewing Company (formerly Ravinia Brewing Company) and Moor’s Brewing Company, one of the rising black-owned breweries in the United States — officially opens on Feb. 5 as a stylishly reimagined sports bar and brewery in Logan Square.

“This is a space that celebrates community, inclusivity and shared stories, making its debut during Black History Month even more meaningful,” says Moor’s co-founder Jamhal Johnson.

The food menu is crafted by executive chef and partner Marc Anthony Bynum, a three-time Chopped champion known for his innovative approach to elevated comfort food. Guests can expect a space filled with curated music, murals featuring local artists, thoughtfully designed lighting and televised sporting events. Bonus: Diversey House offers personalized table audio for watching your preferred game, as well as regular programming such as resident DJs, movie nights and trivia.

“By combining two award-winning breweries under one roof and bringing on Chef Bynum, we’re creating a guest-focused experience that offers an unmatched variety of flavors, creativity and innovation — all in one location,” says Jeff Hoobler, co-owner of Steep Ravine Brewing Company. “Two breweries, one house.”

Diversey House is located at 2601 W. Diversey in Chicago (in the old Ravinia Brewing taproom space). DiverseyHouse.com
