Success story
A newer Madison, Wisconsin startup brewery became a great customer of ours back in 2014. They used an air compressor primarily for valve actuation and small packaging lines. We began with one compressor at their facility before they eventually grew and added to their business. … They grew from operating a 20 HP air compressor to a 220 HP compressor today. Now they’re effectively brewing in high volume, packaging, labeling, and kegging all under one roof and a using single, efficient, compressed air system. Not only did we supply and install their compressed air equipment, but we also provided all their plant piping for transporting the compressed air throughout the plant. We were able to supply them with an efficient and cost-effective compressed air solution throughout each stage of their growth.
The importance of air-quality audits
Air-quality testing is especially important in the food and beverage industry due to strict Safe Quality Food (SQF) requirements. … An air-quality test begins with one of our highly experienced technicians sampling the air generated from your compressed air system. … Utilizing a partner lab, we can obtain a full analysis of the air quality within your system, identifying any issue along the way. We have tons of solutions to either repair or replace your old equipment. To put it simply, air-quality testing is important because if your air is not meeting proper standards and you do not proactively catch this, your restaurant or brewery could be facing problems down the road.
Each customer’s agreement is based completely on their operation because there is rarely a one-size-fits-all solution for compressed air applications.
A custom-tailored maintenance agreement
Unlike many of our competitors, our maintenance agreements are not contracts. There is no piece of paper holding you to a long-term or expensive maintenance schedule that you may not even utilize all facets of. Rather, we offer maintenance agreements that are opt-in, opt-out, and back in at any time. Each customer’s agreement is based completely on their operation because there is rarely a one-size-fits-all solution for compressed air applications. The agreement is based on annual running hours, equipment configurations and environment, as well as your unique system needs.
Margins are everything
We get it, a compressed air system is certainly an investment, but a reliable compressed air system will save you money and time in the long run. … We offer data logging and auditing services to provide a clearer picture of your compressed air system that allows us to identify weaknesses or deficiencies and make recommendations to increase efficiency. … Another way we can help save you money is through our partnerships with local energy companies and incentives for utilizing more energy-friendly equipment.
