One of the nearly 400 locations across the state where you can find the current issue of Illinois Brewing magazine is @begylebrewing in Chicago’s North Center/Ravenswood neighborhood (aka Malt Row) where these two lovely ladies poured us a pint of the new batch of Lovely Afternoon, a seasonal pale ale that’s one of our favorites. Just a short walk from Wrigley, Begyle is a perfect pit stop on the way to or from a Cubs game

Expect an explosion of exotic fruit cocktail, aggressively hopped with Citra and Sabro. Whether you’re soaking up the sun at the beach or kicking back on the patio with neighbors, this is a perfect warm weather beer. Don’t forget, Saint Errant has a solid happy Tuesday-Thursday from 3-5 p.m.
